Our artwork process is designed to provide you with a 100% guaranteed customer satisfaction. In addition to using only quality photography paper, acid-free backing boards and premium frames, our customers always have final approval before receiving the finished artwork. Standard size prices are included on the pricelist for custom work. Quotes are provided for non-standard size artwork. An email invoice will be sent to you. Upon receipt of the invoice submit the deposit (one-half of the price of the artwork). Your selected time frame for the finished product and deposit confirmation will be provided in this email .
GG Auto Impressions artwork process for both commissioned photography and on-line photo submission involves the elimination of any reflections, lightening imperfections or other distractions in the photograph. Whether we shoot the picture or you supply the photo, you can be assured that these types of imperfections will not impact the quality of your custom artwork. Customers that supply their own photos should consult our photography guidelines. It's important to read these guidelines to eliminate any additional charges when extra time is needed in order to incorporate a quality photo into your artwork. We do our best to use your photographs but in some cases poor picture quality or intrusions can render a photo unusable.
Based upon the personal or online consultation, a customized background is selected and the artwork process begins using both digital graphic manipulation and CS InDesign software. Our only limitation is your imagination. We strive to showcase not only your car but your originality for our Background and Vacation series. Custom showboards can include your car specifications, factory built sheets and window stickers, or references to the car history.
A draft of the customized artwork will either mailed or emailed to you for your review. At that time, any changes can be incorporated into the design. Every effort is made to be as accurate as possible, but the final responsibility is yours so careful attention should be paid to wording, dates, etc. We will gladly make any corrections needed at this stage but once the approval is given we are no longer responsible for any error found.
When the final draft is approved by you, an email invoice will be sent to you and payment is expected within seven days. Upon receipt of payment, your artwork will be finalized and shipped to you within two weeks. With your order you will receive a $20.00 coupon for any future orders. We'll also send you a set of six custom Christmas cards for any customer referrals for custom artwork or reader boards sent our way from you.
